What is nutrition? 

Proper nutrition is a diet which one will include healthy food in reasonable quantities and give up on sugary sweets, too many carbohydrates and sugary drinks. On the other hand keep good nutrition and moderate menu, make sure you do not get carried away with a strict diet that will live followed by frustration, followed by the obesity.
