Review: This restaurant has poor service, dirty carpet and the bad smell by the bar of the broken sewer pipes are awful.
It was not a good experience at all! It is offensive to be charged so much when they don't even keep the place clean!

Review: The place was simply great. Nice complimentary valet, greeted pleasantly at the door, seated quickly and met by a server fast. The buffet table is smaller than some of the other larger chain groups you may see but the food is tasty and very good. The servers come by frequently and with different options. We enjoyed the place so much, we are going this coming New Year's Eve.

Review: Even after reviewing the opinion on this site (that was not good) we went to this restaurant to check for ourself. The experience was not good, it was expensive and the meat was not to standard. The salad bar was very limited. It can't be compared to Texas du Brazil or El Porcao. The quality on those restaurants are excellent. We will never go back. If the quality does not improve I think is going to fail.

Review: Is the best brazilian steakhouse I ever visit.
All cuts of meats are very flavorful, from the chicken breast wrapped in bacon to a very juicy filet mignon. The servers are nice and friendly. A wonderful ambiance. It was a very pleasant experience.

Review: We are regulars at this Brazilian style eating system called Rodizio. We've tried them all, from New York to Miami. Last night we tried Fogovivo on Bird Road. What a disppointment! The decor was very plain, the lighting was far too bright, and the staff was dressed in shorts and t-shirts. The meat was not very tasty, some cuts actually tasted like they had been frozen. The cuts came out either totally undercooked or well-done. The salad bar was nice and plentiful, but no side dishes were served at the table. They attacked us with the meat cuts before we could even finish our salads which was very strange since this meal should be a slow, relaxing experience where you flow from salad to meats to dessert. I felt rushed. Their timing was all off as meat came very quickly one after the other and then stopped for no apparant reason. It was odd. I will never return to Fogovivo! If you're looking for the best Rodizio's in Miami, go to Porcao or Texas de Brazil, they cost exactly the same ($39.99) per person, but what a different experience!

Review: This is a brand new Brazilian Steakhouse. For the amount of money that I spent on one plate, I must say, I did not get the best full service! The gauchos, as they are called, didn't even come by our table at all. The management is horrible! That man must have literally gotten into verbal fights with at least 10-15 people on Fathers Day, including me. I wasn't seated until an hour and a half after my reservation time. I had to wait like all the walk-ins! The food was cold and I waited a good 30 minutes before anyone walked over offering the meats. The manager was very rude to me when I complained about the service. He said that if I didn't like the service not to come back anymore! Believe me that is exactly what I plan to do. The only thing I can say I liked there was my server, she was great and truly tried helping me as much as possible with my needs. Perhaps she should replace the manager for she did a much better job than him.

Review: This is a brand new Brazilian Steakhouse. The building looks impressive and the set up is meant to rival Texas de Brazil, only they could not even dream of coming close to that! The food was of average quality and the hot bar did not have enough variety. The waiters were nice, but your side dish gets cold waiting for the meats to arrive. To top it off, I had my 6-year-old daughter with me whom I took along as a treat. She hardly had anything to eat, but she got so cold inside the place that she asked for the rest of her 2 little sausages to go. The waiters were trying to accommodate her, but the Manager of the place (a very large and unfriendly individual) was adamant that he would not break the rules on the "to go" food so he would not allow her to take her sausages.

Review: I saw this place advertised in the newspaper and the hotel concierge recommended it. We thought it was the best food we have ever had. The salad bar was awesome, the meats incredible and the wine selection was great. Next time, I'll go lighter on the salad bar but even vegetarians would be happy here! It wasn't cheap by any means but was less than I expected. No trip to a location with a Fogovivo Churrasqueria will ever be passed over by my family.

Review: I agree! Had similar experience and swore never to return. Some restaurant Managers should be assigned as bus boys until they learn some common sense and manners. And as someone else wrote, the food is definitely not worth the upset.
