    • 2). Fill out the form. When finished, click to print a copy.

    • 3). Mail the completed form along with the registration fee ($25 in 2010) to the North Dakota secretary of state at the address listed on the application.

    Partnership

    • 1). Go to the official North Dakota government website (see Resources), and find the form titled "Partnership Fictitious Name Certificate."

    • 2). Fill out the form. When finished, click to print a copy.

    • 3). Mail the completed form along with the $25 registration fee to the North Dakota secretary of state at the address listed on the application.

    Limited Liability Company

    • 1). Go to the official North Dakota government website (see Resources), and find the form titled "Articles of Organization."

    • 2). Fill out the form. When finished, click to print a copy.

    • 3). Mail the completed form along with the $135 registration fee to the North Dakota secretary of state at the address listed on the application.

    Corporation

    • 1). Go to the official North Dakota government website (see Resources), and find the form titled "Articles of Incorporation."

    • 2). Fill out the form. When finished, click to print a copy.

    • 3). Mail the completed form along with the $100 registration fee to the North Dakota secretary of state at the address listed on the application.
