Sometimes some of us take it for granted but we should know that and never allow ourselves to forget that our body is a finely tuned instrument, and it doesn't take too much abuse for us to send it spinning out of control.

Fast food came along and captured our hearts and our minds.

Only in time did people begin to realize that we were causing ourselves to become overweight to levels of obesity previously unknown in the World.
We were filling ourselves with poisons, and increasing the culpability of our actions by reducing the levels that we take any form of exercise to almost nil.
As time went by, as people became more overweight and increasingly lethargic, trapped in a spiral that they seemingly had no control over.
Then a growing number began to stand up and be counted.

First is to clear out all the junk that has been accumulated on our colon all these years and putting it back into as good a condition as possible.

You will feel better than you have for a long time, and you will be angry with yourself that you ever allowed your body to get into such a condition.
