- 2). Look at the listing to make sure the plan you want is being offered in your state. Blue Cross has 39 companies all over the United States, and their plans vary. Enter your ZIP code to get quotes.
- 3). Complete the information needed, such as gender and date of birth. Check the box if you use tobacco or are a full-time student. Lastly, choose the date that you want the coverage to be effective.
- 4). Select the product and cost that are best for you. There might be terms that you are not sure of - PPO, network, deductible, co-pay, etc. This site has several user-friendly features, including a glossary of terms. You will also have an option at the end of the application to add additional benefits, such as dental or accidental coverage.
