Living With Joint Pain

The ability to get out of bed every day and go about our business without pain is something many people take for granted.
Arthritis, or an inflammation of a joint, takes away that ability to zip though life without a second thought.
For many people, joint pain is a fact of life, something that is constant from the time they get out of bed in the morning until they go to sleep at night.
Unfortunately, for those with severe pain, a good night's sleep may not even be an option, much less a chance to get away from the pain.
Chronic pain sufferers would often gladly trade just about anything for an extended period with no pain.
One way to relief joint pain is through exercise.
Many physicians can help their patients to find exercise options that will provide relief and not exacerbate joint pain.
Along with physicians, there are physical therapists, naturopaths, and chiropractors ready to help! Choices like yoga and tai chi are capable of bringing a significant amount of pain relief to the people that practice them.
Even a moderate amount of strength training has been shown to be beneficial.
In order to be able to move freely through exercise routines some are turning to supplements.
Products containing glucosamine and chondroitin have been getting lots of attention and allowing people to get out and be physically active.
A lesser known but up-and-coming addition to joint pain relief products is one called Celadrin, which is composed of cetylated fatty acids.
There have been several studies, including one reported on in the Journal of Rheumatology.
These studies have shown that CFAs, as they are also known, help to reduce inflammation in the joints.
Along with aiding this reduction, the fatty acids also lubricate these hinges.
With the combination of less inflammation and more lubrication, CFAs are helping stiff joints.
An increase in range of motion is also being noted.
Simple, everyday issues of life, like climbing a set of stairs, are becoming a possible and less painful option.
The freedom to get out and live life without having to plan on being in pain or taking special measures is a beautiful thing! Cetylated fatty acids are taking on arthritis and winning.
Researchers have made it known that CFAs are not an arthritis cure, but a symptom reliever.
They are also stating that the longer subjects use the supplements or creams, the more relief they find.
We all deserve to be able to get out and go when we choose to! Persistence is a necessary ingredient when it comes to joint pain relief.
Many people find that they must try different combinations of supplements and exercise to find liberation from pain.
It is important to keep in mind that a regimen should be in effect for 30 days or so before giving up.
It often takes several weeks before relief can be felt with a supplement.
Exercise can also be somewhat of an acquired taste, so don't give up! You may be surprised at the quality of life you can have when you discover what works for you!
