Keddy's adopted mom was told that his birth mother had abandoned both him and his brother in another lady's yard. She adopted Keddy when he was about six weeks old and nurtured him lovingly. For several months, he would suckle her hand as if she was his mother. Keddy still is timid and shy, and has a sensitive stomach, so people foods are off-limit to him, as they should be to other cats and kittens.
