    • 1). Unscrew the reflector from the front of the handheld flashlight. Push the lens out of the reflector with your finger. Dispose of the lens in the trash.

    • 2). Unscrew the battery cap from the back end of the flashlight. Remove the batteries from the battery compartment. Place the batteries and battery cap aside for reassembly later.

    • 3). Insert the needle-nosed pliers into the front of the flashlight. Clamp the jaws of the needle-nosed pliers around the base of the incandescent bulb. Rotate the needle-nosed pliers counterclockwise to loosen the bulb from the socket.

    • 4). Remove the needle-nosed pliers. Unscrew the bulb with your fingers. Remove the bulb from the flashlight. Dispose of the bulb safely.

    • 5). Insert the threaded end of the LED bulb module into the front of the flashlight. Line up the threaded end with the open socket inside the flashlight. Push the LED bulb module into the socket. Rotate the bulb two turns clockwise with your fingers.

    • 6). Insert the needle-nosed pliers into the front of the flashlight. Clamp the jaws of the needle-nosed pliers around the base of the LED bulb module. Rotate the needle-nosed pliers clockwise to tighten the bulb module in the socket.

    • 7). Remove the needle-nosed pliers. Screw the reflector back onto the front of the flashlight. Insert the batteries into the battery compartment. Screw the battery cap back onto the back end of the flashlight.
