Health food stores carry all-natural vitamins and supplements that help to provide the body essential nutrients to maintain balance. Food that is good for body balance includes fruits and vegetables and other all-natural whole foods.

    • 3). Relax. Breathing techniques, massages or warm baths may all help relax you. Meditation is another way to achieve balance in the mind. Without relaxation, you will not be in complete body balance. Find the process or technique that helps you to achieve a relaxed state.
