The World Series of poker 2009, the 50th event just ended with Greg Mueller the winner of the bracelet at 1500$ limit Hold'em.
Now he is on the list of the double bracelet winners at this year`s tournament, like other big players such as Brock Parker, Jeffrey Lissandro and Phil Ivey who won the famous bracelet at this tournament.
Greg Mueller won the first price just at the end with a lucky hand with a high kicker of 5h against Marc Naalden's 2s...
! They both had a king in hand and hopped to pair on the turn card, this is where the raise bet story started until Naalden's went all in with 2 kings and a 2s kicker.
If you want to become a World Series player you will first need to have some basic things, some books about Texas Hold'em.
Almost each famous player have his own book, you only have to decide who's book you will chose.
I am personally a fan of Daniel Negreanu.
Each person who dream about playing at World Series of Poker must have a Texas Hold'em table at home in order to play with his friends and practice.
Try to play online some real money poker, at small limits at the beginning and try to improve your game play and in short time you should be able to play at qualifying tourney.
Many poker rooms have such qualifying tourneys.
Players from all over the world has the amazing chance to win places at WSOP.
Maybe you will be the next one...
Just play...
and I repeat again and again and again...
PLAY WITH RESPONSIBILITY!
