Bulk Ascorbic Acid and Others For Your Mercury-Based Dental Fillings

Bulk Ascorbic Acid may be one of the supplements you need if you have symptoms like chronic headaches, dizziness, numbness and tingling anywhere, lowering of pain threshold, irritability, loss of memory, difficulty in concentrating, nervousness, loss of self-confidence, depression, anger and loss of self-control, drowsiness, insomnia, bleeding gums, bad breath, metallic taste, chronic inflammation of gums, constipation or diarrhea, nausea, loss of appetite, bloating and flatulence and many more.
If you have mercury-based fillings, you may be experiencing mercury-poisoning.
For many years, the controversy over the use of mercury-containing dental fillings remains unresolved.
Although several countries have discontinued the use of mercury-based amalgams, it is still in use in North America with the view that the benefits of using it offset the health hazards it causes.
Nevertheless, the importance of detoxification should not be downplayed.
There are substances, like bulk ascorbic acid, which may be of help in cleansing.

Glutathione (GSH).
Because it contains sulfur and cysteine, GSH is useful during detoxification, during which mercury is recirculated in the body.
The supplemental GSH gives you an assurance that your body can expel mercury through the bile.
Without food, take 50 mg daily for three to four days before adding N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC).
N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC).
To aid your body in manufacturing its own GSH, you can opt to take NAC, after a few days of taking in GSH and observing that you did not experience side effects.
At the start of the day, take three tablets with no food except honey or maple syrup.
For three to four days, take NAC before proceeding.
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) or Garlic.
MSM contains sulfur which effectively attaches to mercury, and so does garlic.
But if you do not like the smell or after taste of the latter, settle with MSM.
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine).
Essential to the metabolism of sulfur amino acids, Vitamin B6 can be taken three to four days after GSH and/or NAC intake.
A dose of 50 mg as part of your breakfast will suffice.
Zinc.
Another way to remove mercury from the body is metallothionein, the production of which is triggered by Zinc.
After three to four days of taking GSH and Vitamin B6, take 15 to 30 mg daily with meals and continue the intake of these items for three to four days.
Take note of changes.
Bulk Ascorbic Acid or Vitamin C.
The bulk ascorbic acid in the adrenals may be reduced due to exposure to mercury at low concentrations over an extended period.
Bulk ascorbic acid therapy may be initiated with daily intake of 500 mg bulk ascorbic acid with meals.
Then gradually increase the daily dose up to 1500 mg of bulk ascorbic acid after three to four days in divided doses.
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine).
Vitamin B1 is vital in energy metabolism and has been administered through injection to address mercury poisoning.
Someone suffering from a deficiency of this vitamin exhibits similar symptoms as that of someone poisoned with mercury.
After bulk ascorbic acid has been incorporated into the therapy, take 150 mg of Vitamin B1 three times a day, with meals.
Inorganic Selenium.
To bind, redistribute and expel mercury from the body, take 50 micrograms of inorganic Selenium three times a day.
Take in between meals, or two hours prior to or after taking bulk ascorbic acid, as taking them both together is not recommended.
Also make sure that it is inorganic as the organic Selenium tends to accumulate excess amounts in the tissue, while the inorganic form is expelled instantly.
The supervision of a doctor may be necessary if you are sensitive to petrochemicals, or if none, take Selenium gradually, and limit intake to 50 micrograms per day until you have established that there are no unwanted effects.
Precautions.
Avoid chewing gums, as this could cause mercury to be released from your fillings.
Chewing increases the mercury vapor in the mouth, which can easily be inhaled and circulated into tissues throughout the body.
The effects of bulk ascorbic acid and the other supplements take time before you can feel improvements in your body.
The results may come out after a week for some, and 60 to 90 days for others.
A feeling of improvement is not enough to conclude that you have indeed experienced mercury poisoning.
However, these steps are a relatively cheaper and noninvasive way of addressing various symptoms and improving well-being.
