Lose Stomach Fat And Never Be Ashamed Ever Again
Stomach Fat - defined as "the accumulation of abdominal fat resulting in an increase in waist size" (Abominal Obesity, Wikipedia, accessed March 10, 2010). While this may seem cute and cuddly when you were a child, it's a whole different ball park when you're an adult. People stare at you and talk behind you back just because maybe, you were born with a slow metabolism or you may have a genetic disorder that causes you to be fat or maybe there's just no place in the world for obese people. You may even be pointed at and laughed at and all of this may not even be your fault - but things beyond your control.
But can you do anything about it? Sure, you've been on the latest detox or high carb diets endorsed by celebrities and bought every single gym and workout equipment ever advertised on an infomercial. And chances are, you've still haven't seen an ounce of difference. Disappointed time after time, you can't seem to get your head around losing weight or worse still, keeping up your sense of self.
But it doesn't have to be this way. Take time out to think about your goals and priorities and ask yourself these questions - "Do I want to lose weight for good? How much do I want to lose in 2 weeks? Do I want to do it now?" - to get you started on the right direction.
Start eating more regularly - 5-6 smaller meals a day compared to the traditional 3 meals a day - to speed up your metabolism and to get rid of all that fat building up inside of you.
Eat breakfast every morning, preferably a healthy one because if you're someone who has a really slow metabolism, what goes in, stays in. So you really want to have healthy foods staying in your body because this translates to a healthier body. You know the saying - "You are what you eat".
And, of course, exercise regularly. It does take effort and discipline to force yourself to do this (even healthy people need to be hard-pressed to get their butt off the couch) but it'll pay you generous dividends in the future, whether it be fitting into that bikini or making a smaller butt groove on the couch, and you'll never regret it.
So start taking positive action today - eat healthily, exercise regularly and start seeing that stomach fat and flab disappear right before your eyes. Prepare to be never ashamed of yourself again.
