Kindergarten Graduation Favor

• Create a cute and sweet party favor to give out with some candy and simply crafting supplies. Take a roll of candy and wrap it in a sheet of yellow paper that you have cut down to the right width. Now you can write "No. 2" near one end of the roll and "Congratulations!" going down the middle. Attach another candy to one end and another piece to the other with little pieces of double-stick foam tape, and you have a sweet pencil graduation favor.
  
  

Graduation Cap

• Using yarn in one of the school colors, create a tassel. Cut several 6-inch-long strands of yarn and bunch them all together so that the ends are even. Tie the end of a 2-foot-long strand around the center of the bunch. Then fold the bunch in half and tie a 2-inch long strand around the middle of the bunch folded in half. Attach the other end of the 2-foot-long strand to the top of the cap.
  
  Cut a sheet of poster board, in the other school color, and cut two 12-inch-by-12-inch squares. Set one square aside to be the top of the cap. Cut the other square into a sort of cross shape by cutting triangles out of the corners. Fold the flaps of the cross upward so that they meet along the edges so that you have an open box-like shape, and staple the edges together. Flip the open box over so that the flat top is facing up and attach the other square to it. You should now have a graduation cap. Attach the tassel to the center of the top.
  
  

Awards

• Consider award ribbons that the students make themselves. On a piece of poster board, trace several circles onto it by tracing the opening of a cup. Cut the circles out. Now attach two 3-inch-long lengths of ribbon to the back of each circle so that they are together at the top like an "A." Write award categories on the fronts of the circles. Glue small clothespins to the backs of the circles so that the children can wear their awards.
