Being Overweight Is a Nightmare, a Review

How do you approach someone who is grossly overweight without offending them? You can't.
They already know they have a problem and have likely done everything in their power to overcome it.
It has been a losing battle for them and they don't want to further discuss it.
But under their defensive front is a scared individual who would give almost anything to be rid of the excess weight.
Most weight loss programs are a waste of their time and money as they have already discovered.
Exercise helps maintain a person's agility but is limited in the amount of bad fats that can be burned.
As a matter of fact, exercise programs burns the good fats and muscle rather than the bad fats that are behind heart attacks and disease.
Nevertheless, exercise must be a vital part of everyone's lives.
If we are as skinny as a light pole or as fat as an elephant, exercise is needed to keep a number of our body systems working properly.
When we do not exercise daily, digested food waste products are not properly pushed along in our intestines and can collect along the intestine walls.
If the intestines become blocked, many problems can result.
Just like a log jam in a river, it must be released before extensive damage is done when the log jam finally bursts.
When a log jam suddenly gives way, anything downstream can be destroyed along with anything in the flood's path.
When it occurs in our intestines, it can cause intestinal disease and piles.
So even if no weight is lost, daily exercise is a must.
Unfortunately exercise alone will not do a satisfactory job on excess bad fats.
Diet will be a necessary part of any weight loss program.
Certain foods like sodas, both sugar and "sugar-free" need to be entirely eliminated.
The artificial sugars are extremely damaging to your health.
The same is true for candies, cakes and cookies.
The things do not have to be entirely eliminated, but should be used only occasionally - perhaps as a reward for losing a pound and keeping it off.
I was able to lose over 30 pounds over a two-year period of eliminating those things and walking 2 miles a day.
Foods which should be included in your diet are eggs, vegetables and meats.
Although you have heard a lot of negative about eggs, you should eat eggs on a regular basis.
Most of the negative comes from a flawed research paper which was entirely wrong.
They are a very healthy food.
Vegetables are needed both for their fiber content and their vitamin/mineral ingredients.
Beef, chicken, fish and turkey are good meats and should be a part of your diet, vegetarians excepted.
Hog meat is not healthy although we all like it.
