I walked in the Court room of Judge Maria Milin, she looked at me as I was a bad disease, I stood there on my walker remembering how Judge Marai Milin refuse to here what I was trying to say, and talked over me, I walked in hoping that this problem would be resolved, but what I found I was the target, When I went in the Clerk room she looked at me, like I was a bad disease as well, I am trying to figure out why are these people treating me so mean, From the out come I figured it out, that Judge Maria Milin did not like women as my self, I was hot and sweaty, and praying that I would not have a Heart Attack standing before her,
I am partial home bound, When the Judge said to me, for me to be quiet and let my lawyer speak, but the lawyer was not saying anything, everything went in behalf or the family member, What I found so discriminating when the clerk ask family member how much money I had to pay her to leave, Attorney set with his eyes close, When I requested a new attorney I was told by the department of the aging secretary I could not change my Lawyer, My Attorney from Legal aid called me, and said do you think they would choose you over me, I asked to speak to Administrator and secretary gave me Attorney, When I went to office, I felt un comfortable, why is it when a black person have a problem with family member, they have to go to psychiatrist, this is all I herd, my problem was not a siting on a doctors coach talking about my bills, I taught for 28 years, Early Childhood Education, If I could deal with 28 different children in a class room, I master the ability of dealing with stress,
Only too a certain point, My attorney served a 10 day notice, but it was never followed, He reminded me it could last up to years, I said I want my rent, I am the owner, why dose it have to last that long, I called 311 trying to have a discussion with Legal aid they decline, Black people do not have the right to question there service of a lawyer, 311 left confirmations of contacting, they refuse to answer, I did not know lawyers leave you in the middle of the trail, I had a question for the Department of the Aging, When do Legal Aid Lawyers try to charge you a retainer? When you qualify for there services. Without retainer./
