North Wales - A Truly Great Place to Visit

North Wales has a lot to offer all its residents and tourists that come to visit year after year.
The outstanding scenery is enough to take your breath away, the lovely beaches are an ideal place to lounge on those sunny days and there are more than enough attractions, leisure centres and other events to keep the whole family entertained.
The historical town of Conwy is a super place to visit.
It offers lovely scenery over the Conwy estuary, and Conwy Castle is a must for any visitor.
Take a tour around the castle, the city walls or wander down to the harbour where you will come across Britain's smallest house, don't blink!!!..
You could even take a boat trip along the Conwy River.
There are some lovely walks up the Conwy Mountain from Conwy which offers outstanding views.
Conwy really does have a lot to offer and a great place to easily spend a few days.
For those that like prefer to spend time lounging on the beach or shopping then Llandudno is a 10min drive from Conwy.
Llandudno "Queen of the Welsh Resorts" is Wales's most popular tourist destination.
It has so much to offer.
The long promenade on the North Shore stretches between the little Orme and the Great Orme.
The Great Orme is a large limestone headland on the Creuddyn Peninsula.
There are many ways to explore the Orme.
By car you can drive around Marine Drive which is 4 miles and starts at North Shore and finishes at West Shore.
The views are outstanding.
If you don't fancy the drive you could reach the summit via cable car which is the longest passenger cable car in Britain or you could ride to the top on the old Victorian Tramway which is Great Britain's only remaining cable operated street tramway and only one of three left in the world today..
Which ever way you choose to explore the Orme you will definitely not be disappointed with the breathtaking scenery it offers from the top.
Llandudno has a lovely Victorian high street jam packed with a variety of shops and a new shopping mall just a stones throw away where you will find all the latest high street shops.
For somewhere a little more remote Anglesey is a small island just across the Menai strait just a 30 minute drive from Llandudno.
Anglesey is a walker's paradise.
It offers numerous walks all around the island, lovely beaches and lots of activities.
North Wales truly is a great place to visit.
Above are just a few of the places to visit, other popular places include; Rhyl, Bangor, Betws-y-Coed just to name a few.
Travelling around North Wales is Superb, as you can imagine the gorgeous scenery is all around which makes the drives just that little more enjoyable.
