How to Heal Disease by Eating Raw Foods
- 1). Eliminate processed foods from your diet. This means cutting out anything that comes in a can, box or bottle. All processed foods contain toxic chemicals used to preserve the food and make them taste better. Replace these foods with homemade versions, made from fresh ingredients.
- 2). Add more raw foods to your diet. Start having a couple pieces of fruit or a green smoothie for breakfast. Add a salad or carrot sticks to your lunch, and add mixed salad to your dinner each night.
- 3). Eliminate meat from your diet. Commercial meats are fed antibiotics, and injected with hormones. These chemicals stay in the animal flesh, even after it's killed and processed. In addition, commercial meats are injected with saline and preservatives as it's processed for sale. These chemicals also can cause disease in the human body.
