How to Put a Potting Table on Your Patio
- 1). Select the spot on your patio where you will put the potting table. If your table comes with a trellis or shelving wall above the work space, select a spot up against the outer wall of the house for support. If you will be storing seedlings on the table, select a spot that gets sun for most of the day.
- 2). Enlist a helper to assist you in carrying the potting table onto the patio. Set it in the spot you selected, and slide it up against the wall for extra support of the trellis.
- 3). Set your gardening tools on the upper shelves or hang them on the trellis hooks. Put your bags of potting soil on the shelves under the main work surface or in the provided drawers. Store your plant pots on the work surface or on the shelving.
